Through my self-discovery journey, I developed the 'Muniefa Method,' which helped me conquer anxiety and fear, find peace in my nervous system, and reconnect with my true self. Liz Toussaint is the creation—a persona born to express my artistry and passion for country music. Together, these two energies form 'The Stage Coach,' a space where I merge art and self-love tools to guide others on their journey.
